National Landscape Award
Local
Landscape Business, Tim Brayford Landscapes
has won one of the National Landscape Awards.
It was nominated for the Domestic Garden
Scheme Award (less than £10,000)
for work towards transforming a Garden for
a senior Thames Television executive who uses
the home for peace at weekends and holidays.
click to expand | The standard of entry has been steadily increasing
each year with this year being no exeption,
with 77 entries from all over Great Britain
and overseas.

and Trustee of the Landscape Institute, Commented:-

am delighted that the competition has attracted
so many new companies. Tim Brayford Landscapes
entry was superb, especially as it overcame
the difficulties of a narrow plot which rose
by over 20 feet.

a small garden with a simple patio as its
central feature surrounded by mixed fruit
trees and bushes and with automatic watering.
It is terrific value for money and the result
is a folksy cottage garden full of interest,
colour and contour.
The client is

The BALI National
Landscape Awards are made annually by the
British Association oif Landscape Industries
to encourage and foster high standards of
landscape contracting by ints members in both
rural and urban areas and in both private
or municipal properties. The aim of the Awards
is to bring greater awareness of the participation
of Landscape Industries in creating and improved
environment and to draw attention to the best
contributions made to that end. BALI has over
700 members who represent over 13,000 employees
and provide £500 million turnover per
annum.
